This is what you actually have wanted to make all your life but couldn’t because you have been poisoned by the heretic notion of sapgbol or whatever disgusting, certainly not italian in any way, variation on that excruciating theme. It’s easy so no excuses. Make it, Love it, Embrace it. It’s not too late for you to redeem yourself from all them Dolmio sins
Prep time: Hours! | Serves: ~10 (Don’t worry you’ll give some to family or freeze it)

- 750g of Lean Beef Mince
- 250g of Sausage Mince
- A glass of Wine
- Olive Oil
- Salt

- Put the fire to minimum, stir and partially cover with a lid
- Let it cook for hours until it is nice and thicc
Tips:
- There is no real need to season
- The closer you are to done the more careful you need to be with stirring, it might burn
- You can freeze it, it keeps very well
- You can use the blender to chop onion carrots and celery, if you have many you can blend a bunch, use some and freeze the rest for next time
Recommendations:
- I usually go for Sainsbury’s Organic passata or Cirio’s, the one in the cartons are less falvoury and more watery
Possible Substitutions:
- You can use red or white wine
- You can use a glass of milk instead of wine
- You can use lamb or turkey instead of beef or pork
- You can use bacon or sausages instead of sausage mince
- You can mess around with different meats and proportions, after all this is how i prefere mine, you can personalise yours the way you want. It probs wont be as good as mine but hey, good on you for tryng you arrogant fool <3
